Free Electives are a category of College Credit. Free Electives are usually a required part of any degree program and allow the student flexibility in studying virtually any course desired. The following is a description of Free Electives from Thomas Edison State University:
- Free electives can be satisfied by completing humanities, social science and natural science courses and non-general education courses not being used to fulfill other degree requirements.
